ADMISSIONS
- The minimum age for admission is completion of four years.
- Parents should accompany students seeking admission.
- New admissions are made only to K.G. I. Admission to other classes, if any, will depend on the availability of seats and on the competence of the student. Transfer certificate, good conduct certificate and mark sheet of the last class attended must be produced by all who have previously attended any school.
- A pupil who joins fresh has to produce an official original birth certificate such as municipal/baptismal or hospital record in support of the birth date entered in the admission form.
LEAVE TAKING
No leave of absence is granted except on the previous written application/information from the parents or guardians.
A student absenting himself/herself from school for 3 (three) consecutive days without prior permission will have his/her name removed from the rolls. To be re-admitted fresh admission fee will have to be paid. If the absence is due to sickness or any other grave reasons, the principal must be notified about it in time.
Students who have been absent from class must have the reason for absence briefly noted in the “Absence Record” by the parent with his/her signature attached.
The school declines all responsibility for the failure in wearing the school uniform, or for not bringing the required books to the class or for the failure in getting the parent’s signature in the absence record or for not doing his/her home assignments or for misbehavior, the student is obliged to return home during class hour.
No student will be allowed to go away from the school during the school hours without the written application of the parents. If one has to leave the school for any unforeseen reason, permission of the Principal is to be obtained.
No student will be allowed to be absent from school programmes or functions without the permission of the principal. Leave will not be granted on any account for the purpose of any religious and social functions that will require the students to be away from the school.
Students who have less than 90% of the total attendance will not be allowed to sit for the final examination.
WITHDRAWAL
Transfer certificates are issued only against the written application of the parents after clearing all the dues in full.
The school authorities reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary actions, including dismissal, against any student whose conduct is detrimental to the moral tone, discipline and educative atmosphere in the school.
The following acts/behavior will be considered as serious offence which may result in the dismissal of a student from the school without prior warning.
a) Copying and helping others to copy and other such malpractices in the examinations; altering marks and forging the signatures of parents, teachers and the Principal.
b) Physical violence, causing injuries to others.
c) Smoking, addiction to drugs, alcohol and other intoxicants.
d) Disrespect shown to the teachers and school authorities.
e) Continuous absence for more than three days without the permission of the Principal.
f) Extreme laziness and indifference in doing the work assigned.
g) Association with immoral elements in the society.
h) Absenting on important school function days and shirking responsibility.
i) Failing in the same class for two consecutive years.
No Class / group gatherings will be organized by anyone in the name of the school either on a holiday or during vacation without the prior approval of the Principal. If any misbehavior / misconduct is brought to the notice of the principal ,appropriate action will be taken on the student/s, including dismissal of the student/s .
SCHOOL ASSEMBLY
The School Assembly is a sacred gathering of the whole community. Among other things, it is an occasion to invoke God’s blessings on all members of the school community. The mode of conducting, the duration, and the frequency of such Assembly will be determined and modified as and when found necessary. All members of the school community are expected to be present at the Assembly.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
For Boys: White full-sleeved shirt and grey pants.
For Girls: White full-sleeved shirt and grey skirt(covering the knees with one inch broad pleats)
Hair Style : The boys will have a proper and decent hair cut (without any style), while the girls will have minimum shoulder length hair neatly tied with black hair band and clips only.
Black shoes and socks, neck tie, monogram , belt and sweater are also part of the uniform. Shirt will be worn tucked-in.
Uniform materials are to be of plain cloth, without any design or logo and decorative stitching.
Cosmetics and ornaments are not permitted and no exemptions will be allowed.
On Wednesdays and Fridays, all the students will wear House T-Shirts provided by the school .
Student will come to school only in proper uniform, unless specially allowed. Against any student who does not follow the regulations regarding the uniform appropriate disciplinary action will be taken
SCHOOL FEES
Monthly / Tuition fees are to be paid for 12 months.
Monthly Fees are to be paid through the IDBI Bank before 15th of every month, after which a late fee of Rs.10 will be charged .
Annual fees are to be paid at the time of taking Admission / Readmission.
Parents are requested to keep all the receipts safe and produce them in proof of payment if needed.
The School reserves the right to increase the fees and other charges at any time of the year as and when found necessary .
The classes who avail the Digital Classes facility will have to pay additional fees monthly, as fixed by the management.
All the classes who are given access to Computer Education with practical classes will have
to pay computer fees every month.
